INSTRUCTIONS
Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, water & salt in top of a double
boiler. Beat with electric beater about 5 minutes or until frosting stands
in fairly high peaks. After 5 minutes, add vanilla & continue beating until
fairly stiff.
