INGREDIENTS

2 lb Chuck or blade steak, cut in serving size pieces
1 Envelope dry onion soup
10 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained
19 oz Canned tomatoes, drained, reserve juice
1/2 c Juice from tomatoes
1 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Ketchup
1 ts Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Place large piece of foil on baking sheet or in roaster.  Arrange meat on
foil.  Sprinkle with soup, mushrooms and cut up tomatoes.
Mix juice and cornstarch together in small saucepan over low heat. Add
ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.  Stir until it boils and thickens. Pour
over all.  Seal foil tightly.  Bake in 300°F oven for about 2 1/2 hours
