Meats Cabbage, Main dishes 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3 tb Oil
1/2 lb Pork; in sm. pieces
3 Onions; chopped fine
3 tb Soy sauce
1/2 Head cabbage; finely shredded
1 tb Chopped gingerroot
3 Green peppers; in 1/2" squares
1 pn Salt
1 ts Sugar
Hot cooked rice

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in pan. Add pork and onion. Stir-fry unitl limp. Add soy sauce and
cabbage. Cook until cabbage is crisp tender. Add gingerroot, green peppers,
salt and sugar. Heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
