INGREDIENTS

1 t Black peppercorns
1 t Celery seeds
1/2 t Cayenne
1/2 t Dried thyme
1/2 t Dried marjoram
2 t Paprika
1 T Mustard powder
1 T Soft brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Crush the peppercorns and celery seeds in a mortar and mix all the
ingredients together. A medium-hot blend: rub on meat before grilling.
