Fozen Chocolate Brownie Pie

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Margarine
2/3 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c Egg substitute
1/4 c Buttermilk
1/4 c Flour
1/3 c Cocoa
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
Vegtetable cooking spray
1/2 ga Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt, softened
1 qt Chocolate monfat frozen yogurt, softened
3/4 c Chocolate syrup
Garnishes: fresh strawberries, choc. curls

INSTRUCTIONS

MELT margine in a large saucepan over medium high heat; add brown sugar,
stirring with a wire whisk. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add egg
substitute and buttermilk, stirring well.
COMBINE flour,cocoa, and salt; add to buttermilk mixture, stirring until
blended. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a 9-inch springform pan lightly coated
with cooking spray.
BAKE at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
SPREAD half of vanilla yogurt over brownie; cover and freeze until firm.
Spread chocolate yogurt over vanilla yogurt;; cover and freeze until firm.
Top with remaining vanilla yogurt. Cover and freeze at least 8 hours.
REMOVE sides of pan. Serve each wedge with 1 tablespoon syrup; garnish, if
desired.
