French Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS

5 c Apples, pared and sliced (up to 6)
Lemon juice
2 tb Oleo
1/4 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Oleo
1 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Line a 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Add apples and pour cinnamon mixture on
top. Sprinkle lemon juice on top and dot with oleo.
Cut oleo into flour mixture. Cover apples with mixture. Bake in 450° oven
for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375° and bake 40 to 50 minutes longer.
