INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE SEASONING
STRING the french beans and cut them diagonally. Boil, peel and dice the
potatoes. Boil corn till tender.
Mix vinegar, mustard powder, sugar, salt and oil. Combine french beans,
carrots, potatoes and corn in a bowl. Pour vinegar mixture over the salad
and stir. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
