INGREDIENTS

1 lb Chicken breasts, boned and
skinned
2 T Sherry
2 T Margarine
Onion salt
Pepper
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Arrange in a single layer in a
shallow flameproof dish.  Pour sherry over chicken. Dot with
margarine. Sprinkle with seasonings. Broil for about 10 minutes,
turning once. Baste with pan juices several times while broiling.
Calories: 185 per serving. Yield: 4 servings.  LOW CALORIE  JULIE
