TEMPERATURE:  375 F. DEEP FAT  USE FROZEN FRENCH FRIED POTATOES. FILL
FRYER BASKET 2/3 FULL; FRY  ABOUT 4 MINUTES AT 375 F. OR UNTIL GOLDEN
BROWN. DRAIN WELL IN BASKET  OR ON ABSORBENT PAPER. DO NOT COVER FRIES.
SERVE IMMEDIATELY.  NOTE:  IN STEP 2, FRY IN SMALL BATCHES. POTATOES
