INGREDIENTS

1 Apple, cored cut into
chunks
2 T Orange juice
2 T Slivered almonds
1 T Raisins
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Lemon juice
Celery sticks

INSTRUCTIONS

Recipe contributed by Rachel Rudel, RD, from her acclaimed cookbook
"Cooking Healthy & Fast."  In a food processor bowl, with metal blade,
combine all ingredients  except celery sticks. Process with 10 to 12
on/off pulses until  mixture is coarsely chopped. Serve with celery
sticks, or ginger  snaps, or Graham Crackers. Store in refrigerator.
