INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c Vanilla or peach yogurt
1/2 c Halved seedless green or red grapes
1/2 c Cubed nectarine or peeled peach (up to)
2 ts Lemon juice
4 c Purchased coleslaw blend
1 tb Chopped peanuts or shelled sunflower seeds; if desired

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
SALAD
In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well.
In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except peanuts; stir gently
to combine. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat. Sprinkle with
peanuts.
