Fresh Fruit With Chocolate Yogurt Cheese

INGREDIENTS

2 c Fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 T Brown sugar
2 t Unsweetened cocoa
2 Pears, unpeeled sliced
1/2 pt Strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Line a strainer with cheesecloth or a coffee filter and place over
bowl; spoon yogurt into lined strainer and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 12 hours or until yogurt is reduced to 1 cup in volume  and
the consistency of soften cream cheese; dicard liquid.  Transfer yogurt
cheese to small bowl; mix in brown sugar and cocoa.  Refrigerate 1 to 2
hours for flavors to blend. Serve with fruit.  Per serving = 192
calories, 0 gm fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 75 mg sodium,  42 gm
