Garden Vegetable Burgers

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground round
1/2 c Chopped cilantro
1/4 c Chopped red onion
1/4 c Tiny capers; drained
1/4 c Dijon mustard
2 Ripe plum tomatoes; seeded and diced
1/4 c Chopped green bell pepper
2 tb Dry breadcrumbs
1 Egg white
1 ts Caraway seeds
1 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix them together with your
hands or with a fork. Divide the mixture into four equal portions, and
shape them into 1/2-inch-thick patties. Place the patties on your prepared
grill rack and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until they reach
the desired degree of doneness.
Preparation time: 10 minutes Grilling time: 10 minutes
