Garlic and Mint Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Mint leaves, fresh or dry
4 Garlic close, crushed
1/3 c Peanut oil
1/2 c Red wine vinegar
4 tb Sherry
2 tb Soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the mint finely.  Mix in the remaining ingredients in a
large bowl. Place meat in marinade for several hours, turning
occasionally.  Drain the meat before placing on the grill.
