Garlic Broccoli Spears

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fresh broccoli; cut into spears
2 tb Olive or vegetable oil
1 tb Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the broccoli in a saucepan with a small amount of water; cover and
cook until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Drain
broccoli and place in a serving dish; add lemon mixture and toss to coat.
Serve immediately. Yield: 4 to 6 servings. Formatted by Lynn Thomas
