1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 t Coarsely ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Smash garlic clove into puree. Stir garlic puree into mayonnaise and
season with pepper. Yields about 1/2 cup.  Each tablespoon: 58
calories; 105 mg sodium; 4 mg cholesterol; 5  grams fat; 4 grams
