Garlic Mustard

INGREDIENTS

8 Garlic cloves, peeled
1 tb Olive oil
8 oz Dijon-style mustard
1/2 ts Basil leaves
1/4 ts Oregano leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS, BOOK 4
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Place garlic in a small baking dish and
drizzle with oil.  Roast garlic 20 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently,
until garlic is soft. Mash garlic, removing any tough pieces.
Combine mashed garlic with remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight
to allow flavors to blend.
Makes 2 tb per "serving"
