Garlic Pounded And Boiled In Milk

INGREDIENTS

1 Clove garlic
1 c Skim milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Crush the garlic. Peel it, trim off the end and mince.  Put it in a
saucepan with the milk and bring to a high simmer. Don't  let it boil
too hard. Cook for a minute or two. Drink hot.  Per serving: 90
Calories; less than one gram Fat (5% calories from  fat); 9g Protein;
13g Carbohydrate; 4mg Cholesterol; 127mg Sodium  Food Exchanges: 1
Non-Fat Milk  NOTES : The less time the garlic cooks, the more
