Georgia Peanut Butter Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 Unbaked 9-inch pie shell
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Peanut butter
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs; separated
1 c Whipped cream
1/4 c Chopped peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 F.  In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk, peanut
butter, vanilla and egg yolks. Beat on low speed until well blended. In a
small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the peanut butter
mixture.  Spoon the mixture into the pie crust. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35
minutes.  Cool completely. Cover with whipped cream, and garnish with
chopped nuts. Chill.
