INGREDIENTS

1 Cabbage head
100 g Walnuts
1 Pomegranate seeds
1 T Cilantro, finely chopped
1 T Parsley, finely chopped
2 Onion, finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 t Fenugreek seed
Hot red chili peppers
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop cabbage finely & add remaining ingredients. Let stand 2 hours
before serving.  Per serving: 405 Calories; 16g Fat (31% calories from
fat); 19g  Protein; 59g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 1252mg Sodium
