1 sm Cabbage head
100 g Walnuts
1 md Pomegranate seeds
1 tb Cilantro, finely chopped
1 tb Parsley, finely chopped
2 Onion, finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 ts Fenugreek seed
Hot red chili peppers
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop cabbage finely & add remaining ingredients. Let stand 2 hours before
serving.
