German Chocolate Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 pk Baker's chocolate
1/4 c Butter
1 1/3 c Coconut
1 cn (13oz.) evaporated milk
3 Eggs; slightly beaten
1/2 c Sugar
1 Unbaked pie shell

INSTRUCTIONS

Here is one from the Amish Country Cookbook(Amish recipes from Das
Essenhaus in Indiana)
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat in a medium saucepan. Add milk,
eggs, and sugar and stir until blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400
for 30 min. Cool or serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Store in
refrigerator.
NOTES: I also add toasted pecans.(I hope this is what you were looking
