INGREDIENTS

1 bn Sieve — (green onion)
2 Stalks celery
2 bn Shadow Benny — cilantro
Substitute
1 bn Thyme
3 4 heads
1 Yellow
1 2 inch
1 Piminto — (optional)
Soy Sauce
Garlic — (lot's of garlic)
Onion
Piece fresh ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

All ingredients should be chopped fine. Mix ingredients, except soy sauce,
and store covered in refrigerator. Marinate chicken, beef, or fish with the
seasoning, and a generous sprinkle of soy sauce over the top for one hour
before BBQ. Note: Gina also used the seasoning in fruit. I like the
seasoning best with chicken. You could serve this dish with red beans &
rice, cheese macaroni pie, and fried plantain, with lime pie for to
complete a Caribbean menu. Maybe I'll cook it tonight!
