INGREDIENTS

3 c Milk
1/3 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Cooked rice
1/3 c Finely chopped crystallized ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine milk, sugar, salt and cooked rice in heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes. Stir in ginger. Serve warm. Yields 6
servings.
