INGREDIENTS

2 tb Honey Dijon mustard
1 Lemon; juice of
4 Minced garlic cloves
1 tb Freshly grated ginger
2 tb Soy sauce
4 6 oz. salmon fillets

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: Whisk together the mustard, lemon, garlic, ginger, and soy
sauce in a small bowl. Place half of the marinade over the salmon and
marinate 2-3 hours or overnight. Place the marinated fillets in a shallow
baking dish and broil for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with the
remaining marinade to glaze them. Broil for 2 minutes longer. Serve with
mashed potatoes and winter vegetables.
