Ginger-scallion Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Rice vinegar
1 Scallion, minced
1 t Low-sodium soy sauce
1 t Minced fresh cilantro, or
more to taste
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 t Brown sugar
1/2 t Dark sesame oil
1/2 t Minced ginger root
1/4 t Red pepper flakes, or to
taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine above ingredients in a glass jar and shake to blend
completely. Sauce will keep for several days stored in a tightly
covered jar in the refrigerator. Makes a generous 1/2 cup.  SPA FOOD,
