Ginger Sherry Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Dry sherry
2 T Soy sauce
1 T Vegetable oil
1 T Gingerroot, finely chopped
1 t Honey
1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
4 Butterfly pork chops
1" thick

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass dish. Place pork in
dish; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1
hour. Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill
4-5" from medium coals, 14-16 minutes, brushing occasionally with
marinade and turning once, until no longer pink in center.  From
