Glazed Fruit Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Cold milk or half and half
1 pk (4 serv) vanilla instant pudding
1 6 ounce prepared graham cracker crust
1 c Boiling water
1 pk (4 serv) lemon peach orange or red jello
1/2 c Cold water
1 1/2 c Fresh or drained canned fruit

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
Pour into crust. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until
completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1 hour or until
thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression). Pour 1 cup
gelatin over the pudding layer. Arrange fruit on gelatin. Spoon remaining
gelatin over fruit.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Makes 8 servings.
