Cure 81 Hormel ham; thinly sliced and tied with string |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine brown sugar, lemon juice and horseradish in a small saucepan.
Simmer until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham and bake at 250° for
1-1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
