Glazes For Your Roasted Ham

INGREDIENTS

1 c Firmly packed brown sugar
2 T Flour
1/2 t Prepared mustard
1/8 t Cinnamon
3 T Dry sherry
1/2 c Currant jelly
1/2 c Apple jelly
1 c Orange marmalade
1 t Cinnamon
1 c Firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c Drained crushed pineapple

INSTRUCTIONS

Here are some simple glazes that can add schnazz to your roasted ham.
BROWN SUGAR GLAZE: Combine 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp
flour, 1/2 tsp prepared mustard, 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 3 tbsp dry
sherry. Mix well and spread on ham.  CURRANT APPLE GLAZE: Heat 1/2 cup
of currant and 1/2 cup apple jelly  until melted. Spread on ham before
baking.  ORANGE CINNAMON GLAZE: Mix together and heat (warm) one cup
orange  marmalade and 1 tsp cinnamon. Spread on ham prior to baking.
PINEAPPLE GLAZE: Combine one cup firmly packed brown sugar with 3/4
cup drained crushed pineapple. Spread on ham.  Posted to Recipe Page 17
