Goat Cheese Wings

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 lb Wings
6 oz Fresh mild goat cheese
3 tb Butter (room temp)
4 tb Chopped parsley
1 Whole medium green onion chopped
1/4 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Oregano
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Tabasco
1 c Fine dry bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Puree everything except the bread crumbs (and
the chicken wing of course) in a food processor until smooth coat wings
with goat cheese mixture by spreading it on with your fingers put bread
crumbs on a plate and roll goat cheese covered wings in crumbs place in a
large baking pan and bake 30-45 minutes, turning once or twice until
browned and cooked through. eat.
