INSTRUCTIONS
~-Set aside half of the cheese. Put remaining ingredients in a blender and
process til smooth.
~-Add reserved cheese and pulse to coursely chop cheese.
NOTES : ****For thicker dressing, don't put in blender----mix by hand
***can Sub gorgonzola for blue cheese. ***can sub fat free yogurt for
buttermilk
