Gorgonzola Sauce For Gnocchi

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Mild Gorgonzola Cheese
crumbled
1/2 c Butter
3 T Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 ds Pepper
1/4 c Whipping Cream, warmed

INSTRUCTIONS

Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a pinch of pepper and
blend until creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and
heated cream. Keep warm.  NOTES : Serve with warm gnocchi. Contributor:
