INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the fruit if you like, cut it into quarters, remove the core and
cut into slices. Put the sliced fruit on a plate with the gorgonzola.
Put the rocket leaves on the plate next to the fruit and cheese, then
drizzle the honey over them all. Finally, drizzle some olive oil on
