Grandma’s Green Beans

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Green beans; (fresh is best) up to 1-1/2
1 lg Or 2 medium potatos; peeled and cut into small pieces
1 sm Onion chopped)
1/2 Stick butter or margerine
6 oz Sour cream; (up to 8)

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil cut up green beans along with potatos until tender. Drain all liquid.
In skillet, brown the chopped onion in the margerine or butter lightly. ( 8
minutes)
Pour this butter mixture over the green beans and mix thoroughly.
Add the sour cream and mix.
Garnish with crisp bacon crumbled on top.
