INGREDIENTS

4 Granny Smith apples
unpeeled sliced
1/3 c Golden raisins
1 T Canola oil, plus 1 teaspoon
1 T Brown sugar, plus 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut 4 8 inch pieces of aluminum foil. Prepare the apples and place
each sliced apple on a square of foil. Sprinkle raisins, oil, and
sugar over each apple. Fold the foil into a package. Prepare an
outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source.
On a gas grill, set the heat to medium. Grill the packets for about  30
minutes until the apples are tender. Remove from the foil and  serve.
Per serving: calories 166, fat 5.0g, 25% calories from fat,
cholesterol 0mg, protein 0.6g, carbohydrates 32.9g, fiber 3.1g,  sodium
3mg.  Exchanges: 2 1/2 Fruit, 1 Monounsaturated Fat.  Source:
