Granola Apple Bars (Motts)

INGREDIENTS

2 c Granola with dates and raisins
1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 c Cinnamon Apple Sauce
1 ts Vanilla
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Sunflower nuts
1/2 c Coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350F. Grease 8 or 9-inch square pan.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350F for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted center comes
out clean. Cool. Cut into bars.
Yields 20 bars.
Notes: Pantry: Mott's Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Introduce more fiber into your
family's diet with these wholesome bars. They're easy enough for your kids
to prepare.
