Dairy German 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust (I use the Oreo)
1 pk (10 1/2 oz) miniature white marshmallows
1/4 c Green creme de menthe
2 c (1 Pint) whipping cream; whipped, and sweetened to your taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Microwave marshmallows and creme e menthe in large microwave-safe bowl
on high for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Refrigerate for about 20
minutes, or until slightly thickened.
2. Fold in sweetened whipped cream. Spoon into prepared crust. Freeze until
firm, about 3-4 hours.
3. Set out of the freezer about 15 minutes before serving to allow to
soften.
Note: I usually have several "freezer" pies on hand in the summer for
emergency company. This is one of them, along with the "Cookies and Cream
Pie", my family's favorite,as well as the "German Chocolate 10-minute pie."
I really don't like the taste of chocolate and mint combined, but my family
does...so I make this for them to enjoy. Yuk! Blech! I don't like it...but
they rave about it.....
