INGREDIENTS

750 g Fresh walnuts
10 Cloves garlic; minced
100 g Italian style bread; crusts removed
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 c Olive oil; depending on (1 to
2)
; freshness of nuts
2 ts Salt; or to taste
1 ts Ground pepper
1 c Finely chopped parsley
1/2 c Basil leaves; shredded
1/2 c Toasted; crushed walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor, puree the walnuts, garlic and bread until the mixture
is 'mealy' but not pureed. Add the lemon juice, then, with the motor
running, add the olive oil in a thin stream, just until the desired
consistency is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir through the
parsley, basil and toasted walnuts and serve.
