Habanero Sauce

INGREDIENTS

8 Habanero chiles, stems removed, halved
1/2 Carrot, chopped (3/4 volume of chiles)
1/2 sm Onion chopped
1 Lime , juice of
1 tb White vinegar
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in processor/blender and process until smooth. Some
recipies call for cooking the carrots first to soften them. I didn't.
Bottle and use with care after aging one week to blend the flavors.
