Halibut With Cilantro Pesto

INGREDIENTS

Cilantro Pesto, See Sowest 2
6 Halibut Steaks, *
2 T Margarine Or Butter, Melted
2 T Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Fish steaks should be cut about 1-inch thick and weigh about 5 oz
each.  Prepare Cilantro Pesto and set aside.  Heat oven to 450 degrees
F.  Place the fish steaks in an ungreased rectangular baking dish 13 X
9  X 2-inches. Mix margarine and lemon juice.  Pour the mixture over
the  fish. Bake, uncovered, until the fish flakes easily with a fork,
about 20 to 25 minutes.  Serve with Cilantro Pesto.  Mostly from Better
