Ham And Cucumber Salad

Salad 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 3-oz lemon- or
lime-flavored gelatin
1 t Salt
2 c Boiling water
1 1/2 c Cold water
1/4 c Vinegar
1 c Slivered, cooked ham
1 c Sliced celery
3/4 c Diced, drained pineapple
1/2 c Thinly sliced quartered
cucumber
3/4 t Grated onion
1 1/2 up to
3 T Prepared horseradish
Radish roses
Cucumber slices

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and
vinegar. Chill until very thick. Fold in remaining ingredients except
radish roses and cucumber slices. Pour into two 1-quart ring molds.
Chill until firm. Unmold on platter. Garnish with radish roses and
cucumber slices. Serve with your favorite dressing. Yield: 8 servings.
