Ham And Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Red potatoes, about 3 cups
cut into 1/2 in wedges
1 Frozen mixed vegetables, 16
oz
1/3 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c Sour cream
1/2 c Green onions, sliced
1 t Pepper
1/2 t Salt
3 c Cooked ham, about 1 lb
chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook potatoes, covered in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until
tender (don't overcook). Drain and set aside. Cook frozen mixed
vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently  stir
in potatoes, vegetables and ham. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours  or
