INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive
oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish
[may be prepared ahead], and bake at 350° F for 15 minutes. (Champi¤ones
