INGREDIENTS

2 c COLD boiled rice
1 Egg scrambled with no milk
1/4 c Diced cooked ham OR cut ham luncheon meat in small strips
1/8 c Green onion, cut into slices
1 tb Soy sauce
1/4 ts Sugar
2 tb Peanut or corn oil

INSTRUCTIONS

source: Donna Turner
Use a heavy skillet on high. Heat oil then saute onion. Add rice in stir
quickly so rice will not stick to pan. Add soy sauce and sugar then ham and
egg that has been broken into small pieces.
Substitutions: cooked chicken, beef, or regular pork, or shrimp. Now is the
time to be creative... I've used grated carrot, peas, and added chopped
water chestnuts or slivered almonds.

A Message from our Provider:

“Our hopelessness and our helplessness are no barrier to (God’s) work. Indeed our utter incapacity is often the prop He delights to use for His next act… We are facing one of the principles of Yahweh’s modus operandi. When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Once we see where God often begins we will understand how we may be encouraged. #Ralph Davis”
