INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Press into a glass
loaf dish. Cover with wax paper Microwave at medium high (70%) until center
is set, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce. Makes 6 servings.
