Ham with Honey-Mustard

INGREDIENTS

2 Fully cooked ham steaks, about 1/2 in. thick (10 oz each)
2 oz Unsalted butter, melted
3 tb Honey-mustard
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Pat ham steaks dry.
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and mustard in small bowl. Combine
crumbs and Parmesan cheese onto wax paper. Coat ham with mustard mixture,
then dip in crumbs, pressing crumbs onto steaks.
Arrange on oiled broiler pan rack.  Drizzle with 1/2 of the remaining
butter.
Broil in pre-heated broiler 4 inches from heat for 3 - 5 minutes on each
side or until golden brown.  Drizzle second side with remaining butter
before broiling. NOTE:
If honey-mustard is unavailable, simply mix Dijon style mustard with a
little brown sugar and some cider vinegar. Any flavored mustard may be used
in this recipe.
