INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Raisins
2 lb Seeded dates
1 Apple, peeled and sliced
1 c Red wine, not too dry

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Grind the fruit together.  Add the wine and mix well. Place on the
Seder table.
The Ashkenazi Jews of Europe use the word "Haroseth" for this Passover
ritual dish.  The Indians and Persians call it "halek"
