INGREDIENTS

1 Head Cabbage
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 ts Mustard Seed
1/2 ts Celery Seed
Salt; Pepper
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Vinegar
1/4 c Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Grate cabbage, onions and pepper. Pour sugar over this and let it set 5
minutes.Combine vinegar, oil and spices in a small saucepan, boil for 2
minutes. Pour over cabbage and let sit overnight.
NOTES : Very easy when using a bag of pre-shredded cole slaw. I've also
used a grated red bell pepper, makes it nice and colorful.
