Hazelnut Macaroons

INGREDIENTS

2 Egg whites
50 g Raw sugar
100 g Ground hazelnuts
24 Whole hazelnuts (shelled)

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Fold in the grated
hazelnuts. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased, floured baking sheet. Top each
with a whole hazelnut. Bake at 200 degrees Centigrade about 15-20 minutes,
or until golden brown.
